Persis celebrated her 29th birthday with Joseph at North Border bar and grill at Rochester Park on Sat. The idyllic outdoor ambience was perfect for a lazy afternoon chill out. We enjoyed ourselves just chatting over lunch. We will have baby join us for our next birthday celebration! How exciting!
Papa wanted to bring Mummy somewhere after lunch but Mummy was feeling very sleepy after all that food. She got Papa to drive her home and guess what? The nesting instinct came on almost immediately after she got home. Mummy decided to do some baby laundry. We had to create makeshift washing lines on our bamboo poles because baby's clothes are so tiny. That was pretty fun. : ) Persis got hooked onto doing baby's laundry and she completed the second batch of clothes today. Joseph was amused that she even ironed all of baby's clothes - including her towels and swaddles. Ironing clothes has somewhat become therapeutic for Persis during her pregnancy. 
The school holidays have ended! Meetings begin next week and it's back to school. It has been a wonderful few weeks - just waking up late and spending time together. : ) We might not be that punctual in updating our blog once school reopens. Do check back often!
